Unless her job is outside the regular billing process (like an HR support role for the billing department), she likely has access to all accounts and what you see on your bill is what she sees in the system. A billing person wouldn’t see doctors notes or diagnoses, but would see the medical codes and descriptions for test, services and fees. [/quote]
