I find this SO intrusive. Eg if I am looking for a service provider and send an email and they call me in response. I'm inevitably busy or in a meeting and not prepared to speak on the phone. Anyone else find this off? Is it a generational thing?
How old are you? I'm 45 and don't love talking on the phone with service providers but if I can't take a call I just...don't take the call. This is a weird thing to get upset about. Most businesses still operate over the phone.
