I work at a well known private sector co, and have come from other similar companies as have DH and my co horts. We don’t get excited over schools like maybe you’d see 20 years ago. We look at substance and well, DEI is also very important. I will tell you honestly that there are two things that might get a resume moved to the bottom of the pile- posting your elite expensive private high school (if you are obviously UMC or above) or any mention of super elite activities. One recent applicant mentioned her yacht club activities. [/quote]
