That is crazy.[/quote] This isn't going to be management fee... a significant chunk of this is pretty clearly going to be disbursed to labor, materials and + dumpster, permits, overhead, etc. There's a lot not listed in OPs breakdown that would be wrapped into the contractor's cost burden - labor like demolition, cabinet installation, drywaller, carpenter-rough, carpenter-finish, painter etc.,. Then materials could potentially including lumber, plywood, durock, tile, floor patching, window + trim, crown molding, etc). Everything adds up as quickly. [/quote][/quote]
