[/quote] This is good advice. You don’t want to opt out of everything hard at TJ. So you should take some AP sciences and at least BC Calc and some of the post AP classes. But you can’t do what kids do at base schools and just load on every tough course. TJ’ tough courses go well well beyond the AP curriculum. The toughest (and I have current students) are BC Calc, AP Physics (c is the only AP offered) and AP Chem. Don’t try to take them all at once. God chance you could end up with a C or B- and no top 10 will be interested in that. [/quote]
