The area has a lot going for it.  A newly built library, a large gym, grocery stores.  There's still a lot missing (would love the field on SDA to have more features like a playground and biking path) and some of the neighbors have outdated views of the significance of the local McDonald's and the need for more biking infrastructure, but we're happy to call this neighborhood home.  Also, no one I know in the neighborhood sends their kids to Dunbar.  Many are sending kids to DCI and there is also Sojourner Truth and St. Anselm's nearby.[/quote]
