[/quote] We did a simple bathroom reno moving plumbing, installing a new double sink and adding new doors, a wall and a linen closet. We bought all the materials, contracted a plumber, and did everything else ourself including tile repair and demo. We did not do anything with the toilet or tub/shower. The plumbing was around $2500.00. All in, it will be under $5000.00. We are fairly skilled at that stuff, so it looks as good as if a professional did it. Most people can't do much beyond painting or replacing light fixtures. I think if we had delagated more work to various contractors, we probably could have gotten it done for $15,000.00, but it would have taken a while. If we had used a single contractor, I think it would have been around $25,000.00.[/quote]
