But here's what I've found helps (and sad to say, I've done enough injections to have "perfected" the technique): ice before and after with a little pressure (those ice packs that come with your order are helpful here, be sure to wipe your skin with alcohol before injecting); pinch a fold of skin to inject into; use a quick, purposeful stabbing motion; pull the needle out slowly and apply gauze/ice with pressure immediately. The above procedure seemed to reduce bruising a lot for me...[/quote]
