As are the increase in behavioral issues (and lack of capacity and/or willingness to deal with them) noted upthread.[/quote] The behavior has always been an issue but its worse as MCPS refuses to hold anyone accountable for their behavior. Behavior would improve with stricter teachers, more structured classes, involving parents interested in being involved, consequences for poor behavior... an aid will help but its not going to fix the problems.[/quote]
