Lately he’s been so lazy. He needs to take longggg naps every Saturday and Sunday. If I suggest anything to do he usually turns it down because he’s tired. He’s a kill joy for sure. He goes to the gym on Saturday and he’s tapped out after that. He wants to spend the entire weekend at home. During the week we can’t do any activity either. It tools forever to get my older child in sports because I work odd hours as a nurse and he didn’t want to bring him to soccer games for 2.5 months. Our kid was missing out and getting made fun of at school because he doesn’t know how to play sports at recess. He would ask to join a game and the boys would say no because you don’t know how to play. I have him signed up for soccer in the fall. Dh doesn’t value sports because who knows… is wasn’t his idea? We bought did a lot of sports growing up but his weren’t organized. 
He’s an amazing swimmer even though he was never on the swim team or has swim lessons.
