I did one dinner solo in dining room, was fine but brought a book because they roll out courses slowly. Other night had the dinner on my patio and that was the best. Organized it that way to do an evening activity but if I go again solo (definitely!) might just do that regardless. Spa open until 8 you could roll from spa to dinner in bed, on patio, whatever.
