I go alone on spa trips every year. For a solo woman wanting to relax, unplug and unwind, my order:

1. Lake Austin Spa
2. Miraval Tucson
3. Miraval Berkshires
4. Miraval Austin
5. Lodge at Woodloch (this one is great and close, but has a more "corporate" feel and less like a true "getaway". Though being drivable makes it worth it.)

A friend just went solo to Miraval in the Berkshires and said she’s going back every summer now.

I’ve seen solo women at Lodge at Woodloch. Not a lot - they don’t have a singles table at dinner, you dine alone, but there are a ton of activities so you are as busy as you want to be.

I just went to Woodloch alone! It was amazing. I did one dinner solo in dining room, was fine but brought a book because they roll out courses slowly. Other night had the dinner on my patio and that was the best. Organized it that way to do an evening activity but if I go again solo (definitely!) might just do that regardless. Spa open until 8 you could roll from spa to dinner in bed, on patio, whatever.

Miraval in Tucson - I go every year. It's magical amid the desert scenery.

I have also been to the Lodge at Woodloch which is a bit more of a foodie place and a bit less outdoorsy than Miraval.
