Op here - I weighed 125 pounds when I got married 13 years ago. I have since had 3 kids and gained 60 pounds each pregnancy. Lost most of the weigh with baby 1 and 2 and weighed 135 pounds. Since having baby 3 at age 36 I have not ever been able to get below 145 pounds. Since I started lifting weights I went from 145 to 150. I stopped running as well. I walk 15,000 steps a day give or take and lift 3 times a week. I have already had knee surgery as a teen and I think my other once good knee has quadricep tendinitis.
OP, you are perfectly fine! I am guessing that if I saw you and your twin next to each other, I'd find you healthier looking and her unappealingly thin. My husband would likely comment about your sister: eat a hamburger once in a while. 145 - 150 from weight lifting is what you should WANT. It's muscle. You're holding steady weight. There is no weight or physical fitness problem here. You should be proud of that physical condition after 3 babies!
+1 - I bet you look fit and healthy!
