Since having baby 3 at age 36 I have not ever been able to get below 145 pounds.
Since I started lifting weights I went from 145 to 150. I stopped running as well.
I walk 15,000 steps a day give or take and lift 3 times a week. I have already had knee surgery as a teen and I think my other once good knee has quadricep tendinitis.
OP, you are perfectly fine! I am guessing that if I saw you and your twin next to each other, I'd find you healthier looking and her unappealingly thin. My husband would likely comment about your sister: eat a hamburger once in a while.
145 - 150 from weight lifting is what you should WANT. It's muscle.
You're holding steady weight. There is no weight or physical fitness problem here. You should be proud of that physical condition after 3 babies!

My sister said she did a measurement the other day and she was 19% body fat. But she isn’t sure if that scale was correct. Mine definitely is not that.
Are you a troll? Or maybe 12? Why are you spending time comparing yourself to your sister? Grow up, already.

Your sister is lying. She’s probably lying about her weight too. 19% body fat is super low for a female over the age of 15.
Stop comparing. Or just give her a bs weight if it makes you feel better.
This is a bizarre competition you’ve got going.
Op - it’s hard not to compare. We are twins. We see each other all the time and share clothes. When one of you can’t fit into each others clothes you notice.
She did think 19% seemed low. She runs around 50 miles a week and lifts weights 2 times a week.
