I'm sure I could be better with my son in my country the thing is that since he was born here ffx county/ US wont let me take him since his father will show court that he can afford and have a better life here . he has 2 passports already, hes father knows that our son could have a good life there but he wouldnt ever put his guard down.
What's your status with your ex right now? Does he hate your guts or is he still open to marrying you? If you were married to him and could document his abuse you would have a stronger chance of obtaining custody of your son. I would marry him, apply for permanent residency, and document the abuse (restraining order, pictures, etc). OP, you have placed your little boy in a shitty situation and you must fight like an animal to protect him. No way in hell would I leave him unprotected living with that evil asshole. Stop acting so helpless. If he abused you like that what the fuck do you think he's doing to your son when no one else is around.
