Here is what was shared on the other MISA thread on DCUM in terms of last year's scores.

For the state of MD,
Level 4 (Distinguished): 4% - cutoff 772/850
Level 3 (Proficient): 30% - cutoff 750/850
Level 2 (Developing): 41% - cutoff 731/850
Level 1 (Beginning): 25% - cutoff 650/850

Average score:
Statewide: 742 (Level 2)
MCPSwide: 745 (Level 2)

The cut scores seem to be more generous this year. I was glancing at a few students’ details with another teacher and the break between a 3 and a 4 seemed to be between 740 & 750 (I didn’t keep track). The letter grades didn’t exactly match cut scores (saw an A for both a low 4 and a high 3).
