And is it possible since you are on the end, that you are considering some common area space, "your yard?" Be careful about where you ask them to avoid. IME, townhomes have a lot of common area, and tiny backyards. I know some old neighbors thought dogs were using bathroom in their yard, but they were really in the common space. [/quote]
