[/quote] Some people are not wired for couples therapy. I was one of those people. When I was ready for change, I changed — a lot. I didn’t like it driven by my spouse. I did individual for a bit and that felt like I was in the drivers seat. I could think about what the person said, and not my spouse Sometimes the relationship is NOT the most important thing!
