Before that I raved about Oakridge too. The principal has always had the same issues (19:25 perfectly described the biggest ones), but the pandemic has made all those issues far more visible. Perhaps her leadership style exacerbated the problems we have seen in all schools during and post-pandemic. The anger/hostility/toxic work environment issues are going to be anecdotal, but you can look at more objective measures like test scores and see that those have been declining for many years.
