I’m down to 117 now. I aim for 90-100 grams of protein per day and 25-30 grams of fiber per day. The protein and fiber help me feel full. I eat more calories in a day than you (probably 1600-1800), but I'm active. 30 minute brisk walk daily, and another short walk after dinner. I aim for 10,000 steps a day. I also strength train, cycle, or do yoga/stretching 30-45 minutes a day. Diet probably matters more than exercise if you are trying to lose weight. What are you eating?[/quote]
