She charged her full rate and should charge OT for all hours over 8 per day. If they can't afford her then they can take care of their own child. As unoted earlier, this is not a vacation for OP. Nannies perform a difficult job and what it cost the parents is not her problem. She should be paid in full for every minute on the clock. [/quote]
