It’s all nutrient dense and is a proper amount of calories to lose weight. Why is two eggs not healthy???? What decade are you in? Eggs, particularly the yolks, are filled with nutrients. Egg cholesterol does not increase blood cholesterol. Only saturated fat increases cholesterol. You can eat eggs multiple times per week without additional risks. [/quote]
