At U13 there is a big jump from small clubs to big clubs. The kids coming from small club A teams are much more likely to land on ECNL teams that kids coming from the club's own C and D teams. My DD and 4 of her friends made that jump. One got onto an RL team, the rest ECNL [/quote]
