It doesn't make sense. It really doesn't. It's just not needed. It also significantly increases the cost of child care. Plus, you want someone to get a college degree to make minimum wage. Who would go into childcare?[/quote]

Because you are an out of touch rich person who can afford it and don't seem to give a crap about the average working parent who already barely affords daycare in DC or the average working person who makes a living off of providing daycare services. This the requirement makes it worse for blue collar workers. [/quote]
