Lots of people have suggested actions to take if that is “just the way it is” but OP seems to be ignoring them. There’s really not much else to say in that case. OP’s options are to try to change the school culture (worth doing, even if an uphill battle), deal with it as is, or move. OP doesn’t seem to want to hear any of that so I’m not sure the point of the thread beyond venting. Which is fine, but then there’s not really anything new to add. [/quote]
