It's so hard. I posted about this a couple days ago and, so far, am not having a lot of luck finding "meetups" and things that are directed to my demographic (in terms of age, local, non-single). It's frustrating. And giving me some anxiety over what the next 30 years is going to look like . . . . I don't do well when I'm bored or when I don't have social outlets. [/quote]

DP but I don’t think she meant “non single” the way it sounded. I interpreted it to mean that she’s not looking to be part of meetups where the focus is dating/looking for partners. Some groups are — and there’s nothing wrong with that but the dynamics are different. Maybe try assuming good intent instead of attacking someone who is just looking for friendship. [/quote]
