As other posters mentioned, field hockey is not played at every school (which is why the combined bracket for that sport). And, there are other sports in the ISL as someone also reminded us. World doesn’t revolved around lacrosse. Schools are free to schedule as many non-League games as they want. Nothing preventing teams from scheduling who they believe will be competitive opponents. That would be much better than forcing the entire ISL to play each other every year. And much better than forming a lacrosse only conference.
