But there are also students who are doing the same level of academics as other top schools. My very strong academically challenged SR student did extremely well at college admissions. Her best friend had set her expectations lower based on her curriculum. I actually think my kid was at an advantage because the resources for strong academics are there, but but because the diversity of academic levels, there was less competition with in the school.[/quote]
