So let's say you ring $5000 a night, your house check is up to $500 to use as you see fit. A bartender is the marketing arm of a restaurant or bar, you make people feel important, help them impress folks they are with, they come back and spend more money. They are not stealing, if it is a reputable place they have a house check and yes, you ring up the house check as well so it's all tracked. [/quote]
