I'm just curious what is first hand knowledge and what is not. 2 people who have identified themselves have said they have not really experienced it from cops and think it is more reserved for black males. Just curious if the pps.from the first page who talked about being labeled in the judicial system etc (sorry i forget their exact wording) are speaking from experience or just what they've heard about or read.
