Transubstantiation has a long and rich history in the Catholic Church, and up until the Protestant Reformation it was [i]the[/i] belief. Mormonism by comparison is a "young" religion, [b]found by looking at some rocks in a bag.[/b] It is effing weird. It has just enough science fiction-y ridiculousness to be up there with Scientology in my book, because you know Missouri is the promised land, right?[/quote]

As opposed to Christianity/Judiasm, which have as one of their founding stories a guy who was given some rocks with writing on them by God.

And since transubstantiation  has been around longer, it's well weird?  That makes no sense at all.
