But that's not really to OP's point anyway. The is the average but that cluster, Blair and Blair feeders, has a really high concentration of high achieving Black students. Plus her child would have access to apply to all the DCC magnets and all those schools have also have a high concentration of high achieving Black students. These are schools like Wheaton with PLTW which steals kids away from other magnets each year.[/quote]
