My child is in, His iready are above 95% with great cogat / nnat scores.

But his HOPE score was 2 often, 4 sometimes, 4 rarely and 1 never.  I was raging mad when I got his package back in March, luckily he got in so I don't need to talk to his teacher about it.

Why is it so hard for you to believe that your child's HOPE score isn't an accurate reflection of his behavior in class?[/quote]

DP.  My kid got rejected with a low GBRS in 2nd.  The next year in 3rd, the kid had a perfect GBRS and was admitted.  The kid did not have some sort of cognitive breakthrough or drastic change in behavior between 2nd and 3rd grade.  [/quote]
