Personal Trainer - comes to you and works around your schedule. May even travel with them. Personal Chef - cooks very low calorie but filling food. May even travel with them.
MONEY. Not only to have a trainer and chef, but to have the time to workout ALOT, and other servants to do the stuff other people normally have to waste time doing. Like cleaning, shopping, raising children, paying bills, driving to soccer practice, etc.
this. this. this. It's not just about actresses/models, wealthy women who care about their appearances tend to look much better than their working class counterparts. This has always been the case throughout history. During young years, the playing field might be even and there isn't a difference between poorer girls and wealthier girls. But come 30s and children, you start seeing the difference. Staying slim and beautiful is work and only very small amount of working class moms take this "work" as priority over other tasks or learn to juggle tasks so efficiently as to perform this "work" to stay beautiful. Most women get overwhelmed with juggling jobs/kids/households and simply don't attribute that much attention to their looks putting other priorities ahead, or maybe hope to pick up the slack later. Also, for women who used to be very beautiful in their younger years, most of them end up well off, they marry better than their less good looking counterparts and know they can be taken care of. Others, who don't, still tend to look better in their 30s and 40s simply because of genetics and also because they are used to attention and it's very hard to give up, so they will try harder to stay in shape than their less good looking counterparts even when sacrifices have to be made. They just tend to be more insecure and needing to know they are still beautiful, so may be more prone to go on diets and squeeze exercise when it's not a priority for other moms.
