When you say they're busy, part of their jobs is working out and maintaining the body. It's not something they have to squeeze in around their other commitments. It IS a commitment. Basically, being beautiful for a living is a full-time job bordering on (or even fully blown) obsession. People who get famous for their looks are the workaholics of their skill group.
I totally agree with this. If you are a model, your job is to look good. You may spend 4-5 hours a day working out. If you are an actress, you're job is to look a certain way and if you're going to hire trainers, and spend 2-3 hours a day to look this way. Most of us have--at best--an hour a day. Some of us have a lot less than that. Even if you have the time, you may not have the resources to spend on trainers, classes, personal fitness equipment...
and you may not simply have energy. It's not like you have people waiting on you hand and foot, picking up all the mess in the house, cooking your meals, taking care of kids any time you need. These days, I need the energy for the kids after coming back from work and chores and after the bedtime routine, it's just gone and I have very little motivation to be getting on a treadmill. I am also not a morning person, who would wake up at the crack of dawn to cheerfully go for a run and again, kids also wake up early and need attention, its not like I have a nanny starting at 6am. I supposed when kids get older this will change and I will be back to the gym, keeping fingers crossed.
