I eat clean (no processed foods) and mostly protein, fat, and whole seasonal fruits/veg.[/quote] Like I said, not everbody's bowel movements are the same. I also eat "clean" even though I don't like using that phrase. The only processed foods I eat are salad dressing and sugar in my coffee if you want to go down that route. I run a half marathon every Sunday as part of my long run. With the volume I am doing these days where I am eating on the low end 3000 calories to the high end of 5000 calories a day to maintain my weight, the food has to go somewhere. [/quote]
