Confirmed?  Not that I know of.  But I asked if they used Cooper Surgical at the last appointment and the nurse reacted like I pulled a gun on her.  "What?  Who?  Oh yea, them.  Where did you hear that?  Did you ask anyone else?  What did *they* say when you asked htem?  I don't think we've been named in any lawsuits!  You have to ask your doctor, I think!?"

Following up on this: finally got my doctor on the phone and she said that she checked herself and they did not use CS embryo culture, but agreed that "I know we're not named in any lawsuits" was not the best way to respond to my first inquiry.[/quote]
