For the record, SGF absolutely will give you your records including what oil batches were used for your retrievals/transfers. You do have to call a lot/kind of threaten, but they have that information and will provide it. I was impacted by an earlier batch of recalled embryo culture oil last year at SGF and I got a positive, official confirmation (nothing else-no sorry or offer of compensation, to be clear) from them that the recalled oil was used.

It was the loudest yes I've ever heard without the word yes in it.

Following up on this: finally got my doctor on the phone and she said that she checked herself and they did not use CS embryo culture, but agreed that "I know we're not named in any lawsuits" was not the best way to respond to my first inquiry.
