We're interested in GDS, St. Albans, Potomac, and Flint Hill. DS will be applying for 4th Grade (currently attending a public school) and DD will be apply for Kindergarten. We live in McLean, but work in DC so the commute shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone have insight on the acceptance rates of these schools?
All excellent schools -- it will largely depend on whether those are entry years or not. For example, I believe that 4th is an entry year for Potomac so in some ways it may be easier to get in there than Flint Hill. On the other hand, it may be easier to get into K at Flint Hill than Potomac.
