Why don’t parents care if their skip or misbehave in school? My daughter got her phone taken away at school today for using it, and I told next time she gets in trouble she won’t have a phone for days. She said her friend is allowed to us her phone cause her mom cursed out the school for taking her phone away… why do parents thinks is okay to curse out a teachers when the kids is doing wrong? Is this new?
Either your daughter or her friend or both are lying. Or the friend has special needs and some accommodations. Or, you’re a troll.
Clearly you have your head in the sand. I’m not OP, but I’m in the school office enough to know this is absolutely true and there are a LOT of terrible parents that just DGAF. Then there are also a lot that feel school rules need not apply to their child bc x,y,z. On our schools parent social media page, anytime the school makes a rule and tries to enforce it, parents are loudly complaining; be it no headphones, no cell phones, no food in class, attendance, parents will complain.
