I bring a sneaker that I don't mind getting dirty, that I can walk miles in and can work with the majority of my clothes and planned activities. I might use a damp cloth to wipe the bottom if they got super muddy but I travel light and I'm not going to bring something special to clean them. I have struggled with any flat sole but the New Balance 327s shoes were great during my trip to France. I brought a pair of flats and these, and it was all I wore. They were black and white - so many the dirt is less noticeable ? [/quote]
