[/quote] Same - I get bored with the splits around week 3 but they have proven themselves with noticeable improvements to my balance, lower back strength, definitely my lats and shoulders (I no longer automatically feel my traps try to engage to help), and my knee joints are much more stable. I used to see them wobble a little doing squats and lunges but they stay in place now![/quote]
