But I credit Rebecca's 5 day split with making me really, really strong for the first time in a long time. I started really noticing progress during week 4 and continued for 8 weeks because it was working so well. I can see the difference in so many every day things (carrying stuff, being down in a squat with my kids and popping right, better balance because my core is stronger). I never thought I could deal with the repetition of this type of program but the results are legit.

I know you’re just being snarky but for the benefit of other people who might be reading this it’s a four week program with different classes every week designed for you to see growth over the length of the program
I’m not being snarky. I thought the splits were 3-5 classes that you watch over and over each week to see how you improve in weight or reps.
This is not part of the splits, this is a new program from Adrian. Sorry people can be kind of weirdly anti peloton here sometimes.

I enjoy lifting heavy weights but I prefer to have more rest between sets when I’m holding a lot of weight. This program reminds me of the BeachBody program Body Beast that I probably did about 10 years that I never finished because I hated leg day so much lol. We’ll see how far I get with it.
FWIW, I really like RK’s 5-day split where you lift heavy AND get plenty of rest between sets. Plus, it’s a full body program.
Are you also working your chest and back? If so, are you just choosing random workouts to fill in the gaps?
