It’s not just the administration that’s the problem, a lot of staff who stayed this year are a problem, too. Right now there are a lot of mediocre and poor performing teachers that are in the school. The school used to have staff that actually cared and wanted to be there for the right reasons. Last year, Narcisse pushed out and got rid of every single good and high performing teacher and staff member that everyone knew. And because of that, it caused a lot of problems amongst the student body and now here we are.

I hope that FCPS is able to find somebody who knows and understands the JHS population and doesn’t hire a principal and assistant principles out of DEI. They don’t need any more of that. Justice needs a principal who understands, embraces, and promotes diversity and education, as well as someone who understands the complications and struggles of living in poverty. [/quote]
