This seems in poor taste, honestly. Make it about the school and community, not about you. Yikes! That said, it doesn't seem like principals get much mangement or PR training for people leading huge organizations. What a sh&$show.

She did spruce up the place with murals and the lettering graphic on the library curtain wall facade.
The murals were done by a person brought in from Texas. The graphics that entirely cover the 2nd floor windows eliminate a great deal of natural light to the library. Additionally the teacher who ran a weather station used to gather data from looking out those windows but could no longer do so once the visibility was so drastically reduced. But hey - as long it looks good on the outside, right?

This will be the third principal at Justice since my kids have been there. It's not an easy job, and I appreciate any principal who comes and tries to help our community. I've heard that teachers are unhappy. If that's true, then I hope this means we won't keep losing so many going forward. I believe thatPrincipal Narcisse's heart was in the right place.
Hopefully Justice gets an effective leader.
Then say a prayer that one of the assistant principals (RL) does NOT apply. That would be a disaster.
