But if this is really a problem of the teacher grading everything at the very end of the quarter, then I'd also email the teacher, even if just with a polite request for an explanation of what happened. This is really irresponsible behavior (if the grading was enough to take a kid from an A to a C in the last week or two of the semester/after semester was over. And they need to at least get a polite head's up about how disruptive it is. [/quote]
