[/quote] They are looking the doors at 8:55 to make it a hardship ok parents to drop their kids off that late. You can’t be in your seat by 9:00 if you’re in your mom’s car still at 8:55. This is a method to get the parents to take timeliness more seriously since they have to park and get out and walk in now if they can’t get there kid there on time. You can thank Gov Youngkin for deciding that schools will lose funding for chronic absenteeism and tardies despite the fact we have no outside mechanisms to enforce attendance any longer (the state no longer takes up truancy cases). Schools have to do something. Getting your kid to school on time isn’t that much to ask. [/quote]
