Macros or carb cycling or IF? I actually was just researching it. A girl on IG keeps being “suggested” on my feed and I was seeing all of her posts on it as a coach. I actually thought it was HER program and she did it all alone. Then I saw she was a top coach and I realized it’s an MLM. This lady is particularly targeting 40+ peri menopause women and she doesn’t seem to follow IF. She looks great. [/quote]
