It is not remotely psychosomatic. I burned about 1000 calories on an 8 mile run this week. I need to make it up. I would guess for OP the only advice would be to watch WHAT you eat, not how much. [/quote] I’m guessing OP is not doing 8 mile runs. And in late 40s, caloric needs overall are generally decreasing. I think that how much actually matters more than what in her case.[/quote]
