Try a massive bowl of plain, sugar free yogurt with some blueberries, walnuts, and maybe some of those lower sugar dried cranberries. It gets you a lot of protein with low calories and sugar in a meal that is digested very slowly and keeps you full for hours.

Yeah not even a little bit. I don’t want to lose weight so I enjoy being ravenous when I have a running habit. It is not remotely psychosomatic. I burned about 1000 calories on an 8 mile run this week. I need to make it up. I would guess for OP the only advice would be to watch WHAT you eat, not how much.
